Position Summary: The Graphic Production Specialists’ primary responsibility is to create graphic layouts from client provided art files,develop graphic concepts, and execute print ready files for large format production, signs, and fabric graphics.They must be culturally sensitive in creating images that are favorably received by consumers.

Responsibilities:

  • Graphic sizing of client provided artwork.
  • Verification of resolution and usability of client artwork.
  • Graphic panel layouts for client proofing (showing positioning within the exhibit, size, material, application, and any pertinent information for production of said graphic).
  • Reviews final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are set-up correctly.
  • Some application and manipulation of Client Artwork if necessary.
  • Some design concept development work, if necessary.
  • Proactively manages workload, asks questions, and alerts internal team of any potential issues with deadlines as assigned.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is needed, as well as a team-oriented spirit with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, keeping on track to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic production (tradeshow/exhibition industry preferred).
  • Understanding of large format production.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
  • Appropriate vocational education required; degree and certifications preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and employees required.

Position Summary:  The Warehouse&Inventory Control Coordinator (Portable Exhibits) will report directly to the warehouse manager and assist with duties such as pulling client inventory from storage, preparing it for shipment and returning materialsto storage upon show completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in client meetings with Account Executive & Account Manager as required.
  • Receives electronic information pertaining to properties in inventory for shipment.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly inventory of products and exhibit components.
  • Works closely and in conjunction with other warehouse team members.
  • Maintains orderly and complete job files.
  • Inspections and preparation of property requested for shipping.

Qualifications:

  • Requires high school diploma, or G.E.D. certificate, or equivalent combination of experience and education; 3-5 years of warehouse/inventory experience.

Position Summary: The Account Manager works closely with Account Executives to manage all client projects. Upon receipt of a signed contract or verbal T&M agreement, it is the Account Manager’s responsibility to assure a successful outcome, following the project through the entire process. This includes timely delivery of a quality product, while keeping careful watch over profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client meetings with Account Executive, as necessary
  • Directly interface with clients in the absence of the Account Executive, or as may be required for the efficient management of the account
  • Serves as a working manager, as well as maintaining new and existing accounts
  • Oversee over all Put-to-Detail, Put-to-Work, and Post-Show Evaluation meetings
  • Compose all Work Orders and Change Orders

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma, 3-5 years’ experience (Some college preferred)
