With over thirty-five years of experience in the trade show industry, Werner is the proud Founder of CEP. Werner’s passion for quality, value creation, and long-lasting customer relationships have allowed continuous growth for CEP. This everlasting dedication to growth has allowed for three United States locations, as well as international partnerships and clients. Founding the company through humble beginnings, Werner has developed a company that seeks to service trade show customers’ sophisticated needs. Through Werner’s close attention to detail, the CEP’s portfolio continues to successfully expand. Werner is proud to lead an amazing group of dedicated professionals who are committed to the mission and vision of CEP. Mike has an extensive marketing background that spans the sales and marketing industry. He has developed and delivered integrated experiential marketing programs, B to B and B to C events, training initiatives, corporate business meetings, new product launches, customer satisfaction programs, reward and recognition, and performance improvement initiatives.

Over the years Mike has led successful sales efforts for trade show exhibit and experiential marketing companies. Mikes knowledge of the industry and industry segments along with his diverse marketing background is a tremendous asset to CEP.

Mike is an effective communicator with a consultative sales style, exceptional problem solving abilities, and a keen aptitude for assessing client needs. Mike’s personal sales success story is published in a book titled “I’ll Get Back to You” by: Robert L. Shook & Eric Yaverbaum – McGraw-Hill, Inc.

Jim Nelson  VP Production & Partner

Start with a committed team; we have the best people, everyone is striving for our clients' ultimate success.
Jim Nelson has been an active participant in the trade show industry for over thirty years. Jim started with CEP twenty-eight years ago, and has been involved in developing new business through sales and service, as well as logistics and purchasing. Jim is currently the Vice President of Operations and the coordinator of CEP's labor division. Jim is highly experienced in providing quality labor and supervision throughout the United States.
Mike Altobelli

Mike entered the exhibit industry as an Account Executive in 1983 and has been a part of the CEP team since 1993 as a Vice President and Partner. Mike has overseen many large client’s trade show programs over the years. His responsibilities include managing over 30 major account within the trade show industry, overseeing client account management and training and development. Mike also played professional baseball with the Oakland Athletics from 1979 to 1983.
Cindy Joncek

Superior customer service is a challenge we strived for every day.  Our Account Management team is one step ahead of always delivering excellent client experiences.

Cindy has more than 22 years of trade show industry experience, 18 years with CEP as an Account Manager and 8 years as Department Director. Cindy overseas one of the industry’s best Account Management teams and she will have direct oversight of your program from the day of inception.  Cindy directs her team to maintain a constant watch on every detail, ensuring on time and on budget performance.

Cindy began in the trade show industry working as a trade show coordinator (on the client side) in the medical industry for three years before becoming a “client” of CEP’s.  Starting with CEP Chicago in April 1995 as an Account Manager, Cindy was promoted to Director of Account Management in August 2000. In December 2007 Cindy moved to the Las Vegas location and was promoted to Director of Las Vegas Operations/Account Management.

Joe Korziarski

My goal is to combine my knowledge and experience into innovative, creative and practical solutions to deliver the best creative to CEP’s clients and their audiences.
Joe has almost 30 years’ experience in exhibit design and has provided design direction and leadership for the CEP team for the past 25 years.  He is a strategic, multidisciplinary designer with an eye for innovation.  Joe’s greatest expertise revolves in the worlds of three dimensional design, interactive design and brand identity design in the digital and traditional fields.
